If a Customer wants to be notified when an out of stock item becomes available again

Below the out of stock message There is a small field

Add to Notification

Click on this field and as soon as the item becomes available again

an email will be automatically sent out to let you know the item is available again

2 Using Customer Specific Discounts

Discounts may be given to individual customers for many reasons, usually after the first order is paid and processed, regardless of order value, customer will receive a basic discount to apply to any future orders, this basic discount may be changed at any time depending on customer repeated orders, value of orders, trade customer discount etc etc, when such a discount has been enabled or the discount percentage has been changed customer will receive an email with information

For Privacy reasons Discount notification emails

will only be send to customers who have given their permission to receive newsletters from Qservice

For customers who did not gave their consent to receive newsletters, discounts will be enabled and it is up to customer to find out

Customer Specific Discounts will ONLY be visible and applied to orders if the customer logs in to site using the same credentials as those used to first create a registration and an order, creating a new account even under the same name or user id will not enable discount, if you have lost your log-in credentials please use the recovery process, or send us an email, once the customer with discount privileges logs in, he will be able to see the prices with his / her discount already applied,

If For example the given discount is a 10% and an item price is 20.00$ the discounted price will be (20.00) - 10% (2.00) = 18.00$, discount is site wide, applies to all products and services

3 Using Discount Coupons

Discount Coupons will be available from time to time for use by our customers and will be announced either via direct email OR via our site on the right hand side offers window

Coupons can be used by registered or not registered customers, however to use the coupon and the customer discount, you must be an existing customer and logged-in to your account

By using a coupon the free shipping threshold is actually lowered, as the free shipping threshold is based on total order value
