FOR ORIGINAL MANUALS, REPRINTED MANUALS, SPARE PARTS, TEST EQUIPMENT We do not have a minimum order level, you can order any item through our website no matter how low its price is, However to make things easier for our customers, and due to the fact that shipping costs are a big concern for online purchases, we have a minimum level purchase order so we can include free shipping, this minimum level is set to be 40.00 US$ ( Roughly Equals to 30.00 € ) and includes absolutely FREE airmail shipping to all destinations for packages NOT exceeding 2kg. For some very heavy ( above 2kg ) items, shipping costs are calculated on a per item basis, and appear at items description as FREE SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED,
This may sound a lot for very small purchases, like for a example a small transistor, still our flat rate is way below comparable to other online parts suppliers shipping charges, Also there is no supplier that will ship a large cosmetic part in a big box for 9.00$

If however you add any other item to your cart valued more than 5.00 $, then the total order meets the 40.00 $ minimum so it will be shipped FREE, this will also have to be selected when completing checkout by selecting the appropriate shipping costs

ORIGINAL PAPER MANUALS Original paper manuals are covered with 3 days right to return, from delivery date for being complete and properly described, however since these are used manuals normal wear and tear is acceptable , returns will only be accepted if the manual is incomplete ( missing pages ) or damaged, and our description failed to clearly identify any such faults, PAPER REPRINTED MANUALS Paper reprinted manuals are covered For 7 days from delivery date, for being complete and properly printed as per our demos HERE if you are not happy with it, send it back and we will refund your paymrent.
PDF MANUALS ON CD
In case you have purchased a PDF manual on CD and arrives damaged ( cracked - unreadable ) we will replace it free of any charge, please include the unique CD serial # with your request.
DOWNLOADS
