and also be able to offer free shipping / packing, we have a minimum purchase order for spare parts, this minimum is
set to be 40.00 US$, and includes absolutely FREE airmail shipping / packing to
all destinations for packages NOT exceeding 5kg.
For some very heavy ( above 5kg ) items, shipping costs are

ORIGINAL PAPER MANUALS
Original paper manuals are covered with
3 days warranty, from delivery date for being complete and properly
described, however since these are used manuals normal wear and tear
is acceptable , returns will only be accepted if the manual is
incomplete ( missing pages ) or damaged, and our description failed
to clearly identify any such faults.
PAPER REPRINTED MANUALS
Paper reprinted manuals are covered with
7 day warranty from delivery date, for being complete and properly printed as per our demos

are not happy with it, send it back and we will refund the purchase.
PDF MANUALS ON CD
In case you have purchased a PDF manual
on CD and arrives damaged ( cracked - unreadable ) we will replace
it free of any charge, please include the unique CD serial #
with your request.
DOWNLOADS
For downloaded PDF manuals we provide
unique samples extracted from the specific manual, and we provide
additional information of what exactly is included in each package
customers are kindly requested to download the samples, read the
description, and check to make sure the specific manual covers their
instrument, we will not accept accept any refund requests for
downloaded PDF manuals, however if for any reason the downloaded
file is lost or misplaced at any later time, we will resend all
files originally purchased, this service does not have any time
limits attached, customers may request to re-download their files
even after years, all we need is the original order #, or paypal
